Office Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and evenings and Fridays by appointment. Our office is located in the Kelly Building at 211 Maple in beautiful downtown Big Rapids.

Sessions are usually 50 minutes in length. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. It is requested that cancellations be made 48 hours in advance. You, not your insurance company, will be charged for appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance.

Please discuss fees with Dr. Totten. Costs for psychological tests vary, depending on the time involved and the test used. Many insurance plans, and Managed Care plans, have co-pay agreements. Your co-pay amount will be discussed and due at the end of each session.
